Description:
Pokemon Emerald Competitive Gyms LV100 OU3 is a GBA ROM Hack and based on Pokemon Emerald by SMIXXIMS1 JONA. It has no story, everything you can do here so you can build your pokemon team via pkhex, have double battles with Gym leaders, pokemon league and top trainers with competitive teams MAX OU GEN3 LV100 6X31. It’s complete in English.
– Gym leaders, pokemon league and top trainers with competitive teams MAX OU GEN3 LV100 6X31.
– Story mode is removed and all battles are in the first city.
– Pokemons and legal sets as far as battles are concerned.
– Battles without restrictions. You can increase the evasion, sleep the whole team or use withering blows.

To avoid this, He plan in future generations to remove these 2 types of tutors and put wild pokemon with IV 30-31 so you can breed your pokemon yourselves.

*Upgrades and Nefrs
The rom is 99% gen-3 but he have upgraded a couple of things to balance the game a bit.
– Pikachu’s Light Ball increases both attack and special attack.
– Stockpile move now increases defenses as well.
– Updated “Sturdy and Rough Skin” skills.
– Added pill to change the ability of a pokemon in the store.
*Saved (Recommended to use but not mandatory):
– All 6X31 pokemon with competitive sets are added to pc via pkhex.
(You can add more pokemon or edit them with pkhex).
~ If you add your own pokemon with pkhex keep in mind that some skills are inverted inside the rom,
so you will have to check them in-game.

*Recommended game modes:
– Play as you like.
– Choose a team of 6 Pokemon and pass the league with only that team.
– You can use the whole pc box but if a pokemon dies you can’t use it again.
– Play without the save, with the pokemon that are in the wild
